Cross-Platform
I tried three apps: Orca, Paseo, and Emdash. All three support Worktree Isolation.
1. Orca
A terminal-first app. It does not have a GUI chat interface, but the overall interface is clean and minimal.
2. Paseo
Provides both a GUI and terminal interface with a good overall user experience.
3. Emdash
Emdash is my favorite among the three.
It includes:
- GUI + terminal chat
- Clean changes view
- File editing
- Git staging
- Merge support
- Integrated terminal
The terminal opens at the bottom, similar to VS Code, and can also be moved to the top.
I recommend trying these three first, then exploring the other options based on your needs.
